Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Prior to returning an item:

1. All returns are at the discretion of Wally BITES. Email [email protected] and let us know the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization if approved.
2. Pack and ship your product(s) back to the return address on the packing slip:
